RECORDING A SONG

How does recording a song in my studio sound? 

The idea here is to get out of our regular lesson headspace and experience what it’s like to be in a recording studio, playing your instrument on a recorded song!

Not only will you play your instrument on the song - You will get hands-on experience with the recording system, setting up microphones, learning the basics of recording a song / how a song is made! 

It will be a 4 hour session. This can be done 1 on 1 with me, or You can bring a friend / or pair up with another student ( split the cost ), or even bring your band in if you have one! 

It will be a very fun, relaxed, and a productive experience. 

You will receive an MP3 of the song within a few days - that you can share with friends, family and social media if you like. Can even upload to Spotify if you wish! 

Here is an example of one I did last week with two of my students from Henry Kendall High School. This is an original song the boys wrote that I helped them with.  

The Cost: 

4 Hour recording session, this includes the 4 hours at my studio + 2 hours of extra time for me to edit / put final mix on the audio, master it and upload / share - email files etc. 

1 Student $350

2 Students $200 each

3 Students $150 each

The video clip for YouTube / Socials / Sharing etc takes an extra few hours work - so add an extra $150 if wanting that. Highly recommend it! It is a great great Keepsake. 

All you need to bring is yourself and your instrument! I have everything else needed here.
